We take a refundable deposit equal to 50% of your booking total. It is released after your session, subject to no loss or damage.

What if my venue refuses external machines on the day?
If your venue refuses external ball machines on arrival, send us proof the same day and we will reschedule once for free or issue a full refund. To reduce risk, we strongly recommend checking with your venue before the session starts. If needed, we can share a short equipment summary you can provide to court staff ahead of time.
